ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Lisa Ramirez (Certified Holistic Yoga Instructor, RYT200)
A student and practitioner of yoga for over 25 years, Lisa Ramirez is a certified yoga instructor, RYT200. She is also a student of Qi Gong and takes a holistic approach to teaching accessible movement and breathing techniques, along with other tools, to support the nervous system and cultivate the integration of mind, body and spirit.
Danielle Palli (Nationally Board Certified Positive Psychology & Mindfulness Coach)
Danielle Palli is a Nationally Board-Certified Positive Psychology & Mindfulness Coach, Relationship Coach, multi-genre author, and multimedia content creator & book coach. She lives in Florida with her husband and a plethora of pets. She finds joy in nature, travel, music, theater and the arts, and is known for singing and dancing around the living room at any hour of the day or night. As a free-spirited outlier enamored with life, she finds that life is more exciting when you color outside the lines.
