This autogenic meditation is to help listeners fall asleep easier or fall back to sleep if they awaken in the middle of the night. Practitioners can listen to this recording each time or learn simple verbal cues to incorporate into their own meditation. Autogenic training uses suggestions such as “warmth,” “heaviness,” and “softness” to promote relaxation.
